HDR is seeking a Tolling Project Manager in the United States (Maryland, Fulton) to lead toll systems projects and support planning, development, and design tasks. You will supervise staff, drive technical delivery, and contribute to HDR’s tolling business growth.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop scopes, budgets, and schedules and maintain client relations while advancing HDR’s advanced transportation solutions.

HDR’s Advanced Technologies for Surface Transportation group (ATST) is seeking a Tolling Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities are to lead toll systems and roadside project delivery, and support transportation clients in toll planning, procurement, development, design, operations, and change management. In addition, the successful candidate will also assist in business development and growing HDR’s tolling business and be responsible for development of scopes, schedules, and budgets for tolling related projects. The successful candidate will supervise and support the development and growth of junior level staff.
