Ferrovial is seeking a Tolling, ITS, and Electrical Design Manager to lead the design and coordination of tolling, ITS, and electrical infrastructure. You will guide the discipline team, coordinate with the Developer, TDOT, system integrator, and construction teams, and drive quality, safety, and cost-effective solutions through the project lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years of design/coordination experience on transportation projects, and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• MS degree preferred to enhance leadership and design coordination.
• Minimum ten years of progressive design and coordination experience on complex transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead tolling, ITS, and electrical design workstream with clear priorities and deliverables.
• Manage design schedule, budget, resources, risks, and consultant scopes.
• Oversee calculations, drawings, reports, specs, models, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Developer, TDOT, system integrator, designers, and contractors.
• Chair or participate in technical meetings and track decisions/actions.
