Mass Markets in Dallas is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Tolling to join our Finance & Accounting team. This blended accounting role focuses on tolling operations, data accuracy and reconciliations, with strong Excel skills and meticulous record-keeping.

The position starts with on-site training in the Dallas market, then transitions to a work-from-home arrangement with occasional on-site days. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST, with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience as Accounting Assistant or similar role.
• Experience with bank reconciliations or financial reconciliations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities related to tolling operations.
• Process, review and validate tolling-related financial transactions.
• Complete bank and financial reconciliations.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate discrepancies and research issues.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Enter and validate financial information in systems.
• Use Excel to analyse and reconcile data.
• Provide coverage to 3PC accounting when needed.
• Meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
