Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Traffic Management/Customer Service/Roadside Toll Collection System.
• Assist in plaza operations (Master Fund Verifications, Breaks, Gate Replacements, Trouble Tickets).
• Perform administrative tasks (Scheduling, Payroll, Training, Safety Compliance, Recaps, weekly/monthly reporting).
• Use written and verbal communications; cross-department reporting.
