Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in toll or transportation role in similar environment (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with ability to problem-solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities

• Review and close escalated customer issues using our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to minimize revenue loss and violations.
• Provide feedback to product and development to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues with agencies to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Development and Product to define technical requirements.
• Engage with customers as needed and maintain knowledge of Fleetworthy services.
