Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator (Credentialing) to oversee the full Revenue Cycle Management process from verification to claim payment and back-end credentialing.

You will work with providers, insurers, credentialing bodies, and internal teams to ensure accurate contracting, verification, and timely credentialing. You will verify benefits, gather coverage details, maintain CAQH profiles, and monitor credentialing with commercial plans, Medicaid, and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of behavioral health insurance verification, credentialing, billing, revenue cycle, or related experience.
• Proficient in EHR, insurance verification platforms, and standard business software.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for prospective and current clients.
• Contact insurance providers to obtain detailed coverage information and requirements.
• Document and communicate benefit information accurately to admissions, clinical, and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and insurance communications.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor provider credentialing and recredentialing applications with payers.
• Maintain provider credentialing files, licenses, certifications, and CAQH profiles.
• Assist with obtaining pre-authorizations and concurrent reviews as needed.
• Identify and communicate potential coverage limitations or financial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with admissions, billing, and utilization review teams to support timely admissions.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding incomplete, pending, or conflicting information.
• Escalate complex insurance, authorization, reimbursement, or coverage concerns to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
