TransCore, a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to join our Toll By Plate Department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This entry-level supervisory role supports day-to-day operations of a 120-140 person department.

The Supervisor oversees staffing, quality assurance, facilities and customer satisfaction, ensuring performance standards are met while enabling efficient operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and monitor Toll By Plate staff daily.
• Ensure service requirements meet standards and contractual obligations.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and calls with timely resolutions.
• Process Toll By Plate images, appeals, and customer correspondence.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support departmental initiatives and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
