Qualifications

• Experience in tokenization, digital assets, blockchain, or capital markets infrastructure.
• Graduate degree preferred; undergraduate degree required.
• Ambiguity tolerance with action bias and ability to lead strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the organization's tokenization strategy aligned with objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize tokenization use cases for business value and feasibility.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to spot opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex market and tech developments into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, and risk to define adoption roadmaps.
