Job summary

The Vanguard Group seeks a Head of Venture Investing to drive enterprise value through strategic venture investments and partnerships at Vanguard. You will manage thesis development, sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiation, and portfolio support within a collaborative ecosystem.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, present insights to senior leadership, and build relationships with venture firms and fintech partners to advance Vanguard’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in corporate venture capital, venture capital, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Vanguard Ventures Investing strategy including thesis development and execution.
