Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a To Go Specialist/Cashier in Nashville to welcome guests, explain menu items, and ensure a smooth order process for take-out or office deliveries.

You will be punctual, support teammates, and handle side duties like bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. Prior restaurant experience is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Share menu knowledge to ensure guests have a great experience at home or in the office.

• Maintain a friendly attitude even during busy periods.

Who We’re Looking For

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share with our guests your knowledge of the menu, allowing them to have a great experience at home or in their office. We expect you to be punctual, support your fellow team members, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.

Education and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous server or restaurant experience (preferred)
