Harmony Early Learning Center in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will plan age-appropriate activities, create a warm, safe classroom, and monitor development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.

You will regularly communicate with parents about progress and daily activities. Ideal candidates have an Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with experience in toddler settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers in early childhood settings.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience and a nurturing, child-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate developmental records, daily logs, and attendance.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive learning experience.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
