Job summary

The Learning Voyage Student Success in Winder, GA is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, creating a nurturing, safe classroom that supports social-emotional growth.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred CDA or early childhood degree, and experience with toddlers. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or early childhood education degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• Patient, energetic, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
