Job summary

The Learning Voyage Student Success in Winder, GA is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to nurture and support early development in a warm, safe classroom. You will engage children with purposeful activities and create a sequence of enriching experiences that spark curiosity and growth.

Plan age-appropriate curriculum, monitor milestones, and communicate with families while upholding licensing standards and collaborating with a caring team of educators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or ECE degree preferred.
• Experience with toddlers or in early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Strong communication with children, parents and staff.
• Ability to pass a background check and state licensing requirements.
• Patient, energetic and compassionate demeanor with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or obtainable.
