The Learning Voyage Student Success in Winder, GA is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Create a safe, fun, and enriching classroom that supports young children's growth during this critical stage.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, fostering social-emotional development, documenting milestones, communicating with families, and ensuring a clean, compliant classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or ECE degree preferred.
• Experience with toddlers or in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles.

• Supervise toddlers during play, meals, nap time, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and age‑appropriate teaching strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
• Patient, energetic, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
