Experience is a plus but training and growth opportunities are provided. The role focuses on safety, development, and teamwork in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and state training required.
• Early childhood experience or a CDA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead simple, hands-on activities that support language, movement, and early social skills.
• Keep infants/toddlers safe, fed, changed, rested, and happy.
• Build warm relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom inviting exploration.
