Job summary

KinderKids Learning Center in Daphne, AL is seeking an Older Infant/Toddler Teacher who is caring, steady, and fun. You’ll support children through hands-on activities, help build language and early social skills, keep them safe and well cared for, and form warm relationships with families.

We’ll train you and support your growth as you join a team that values patience, flexibility, and a love of early childhood education. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete state training.
• CDA is preferred but not required.
• Experience is a plus, but not a must.

KinderKids Learning Center is looking for a caring, steady, and fun Older Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is the age when everything is brand new: first words, first friendships, first “I do it myself!” You’ll be the one cheering them on, comforting them on hard days, and helping families feel confident leaving their little ones in good hands.

Experience is a plus, but not a must.

If you have a big heart, patience, and a real desire to grow in early childhood education, we’ll train you and support you along the way.
