Job summary

KinderKids Learning Center in Daphne, AL is seeking an Older Infant/Toddler Teacher who is caring, steady, and fun. You’ll support children through hands-on activities, help build language and early social skills, keep them safe and well cared for, and form warm relationships with families.

We’ll train you and support your growth as you join a team that values patience, flexibility, and a love of early childhood education. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete state training.
• CDA is preferred but not required.
• Experience is a plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead simple, hands-on activities that build language, movement, and early social skills.
• Keep infants/toddlers safe, fed, changed, rested, and happy.
• Build warm relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that invites exploration.
