Nellie's Treehouse is seeking an One Year Old Teacher to join our Amherst, NH and Milford, NH teams. You will create a safe, stimulating environment that supports rapid development, guiding toddlers through milestones, managing care routines, and communicating with families to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Responsibilities include leading developmentally appropriate activities, tracking milestones, and collaborating with staff to maintain a positive, open-door environment for families.

Qualifications

• 18 credits in ECE completed.
• CDA, AS, or BS in Early Education preferred.
• Experience with young children.
• Able to pass background checks (state and FBI).
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Stand for long periods; willingness to be outside.
• Willingness to maintain 18 hours of professional development annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Manage daily care routines including diapering and feeding.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Track child development milestones.
• Communicate daily with parents.
• Work cooperatively with a teaching team and administration.
