Job summary

Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant in Rochester, MN. You will support daily classroom activities, assist with implementing Cadence programs, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for all children.
• Greet children and families and build professional relationships.
• Follow IEPs and behavioral plans as directed by leadership.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents per policy.
• Assist with reporting escalated behaviors and participating in meetings and trainings.
