Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant in Buffalo, MN. You will support daily classroom activities and help implement Cadence Education programs to create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children, including those with IEPs.

You will work with the Lead Teacher and School Director to greet families, maintain a positive classroom, and follow safety guidelines. State licensing requirements must be met; CDA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom activities and Cadence Education programs.
• Greet children and families and build welcoming relationships.
• Follow safety, supervision, and licensing guidelines and document incidents as required.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
