Cadence Education in Otsego, MN, is hiring a Toddler Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities and the implementation of Cadence Education programs. This role helps maintain a safe, nurturing environment for toddlers, including those with IEPs, under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher.

You will assist with planning, engaging curriculum, and communication with families, while upholding licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements and background checks.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education is valued.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate with families and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
