Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in the United States is seeking an energetic Toddler Teacher Assistant to support our toddler program. You will help create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore the world, build independence, and develop early learning skills.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll design age-appropriate activities, maintain a warm routine, communicate with families, and work with co-teachers and leaders to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
