Chesterbrook Academy in Champaign, IL is seeking a Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher to join our caring early childhood team. You’ll design engaging activities and maintain a warm classroom that supports toddlers’ independence and development.

You’ll collaborate with co-teachers and leaders to deliver high-quality learning experiences, while building strong family partnerships and contributing to a supportive school culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
