Job summary

The Learning Experience O-Town West in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to support children aged 12–24 months through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences.

You will contribute to a safe, clean classroom, maintain healthy supervision ratios, and implement the L.E.A.P curriculum while collaborating with families and a professional team. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred).
• Florida DCF 45 Hours, Staff Credential Preferred.
• CPR/1st Aid Qualified.
• CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of health & safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable).

Community: We are located at the cross streets of Palm Parkway and Darryl Carter (Dr, Phillips and surrounding areas ideal for commuting) *Kissimmee may be too far.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (This is a full-time position)

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 paid after 45 days of employment
• $500 paid after 90 days of employment

Bonus Eligibility Requirements:

• Maintain reliable attendance (no excessive call-outs or tardiness)
• Meet performance and classroom quality standards
• Remain in good standing with no disciplinary action
