The Learning Experience in Palm Coast, FL is hiring a Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom. You will implement age-appropriate lessons and support early development while partnering with families to share daily updates.

Qualifications

• A passion for early childhood education and a desire to impact young learners.
• Experience in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings preferred.
• Ability to design engaging, play-based learning activities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Toddler Teacher.

Toddler Teacher

Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Location: The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll create a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
• Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
• Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.

What You’ll Bring
