Job summary

Learning Care Group in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences for preschoolers while mentoring fellow teachers.

The role leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. You will build strong relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Capability to work indoors or outdoors engaging with children.

Responsibilities
