Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children, support families, and contribute to a joyful classroom. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure your classroom meets licensing standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, build strong relationships with families, and help promote a positive center culture. This role offers growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare standards.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.
