Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor other teachers, and lead classroom management in a licensed preschool setting.

You will support children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, communicate with families, and ensure adherence to licensing standards while fostering a positive, growth-oriented work culture.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
