Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children and support families. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum execution while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and school policies.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals who can work indoors or outdoors, engage actively with children, and meet our education requirements. Our center values growth, teamwork, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation with compliance to licensing guidelines and company standards.
