Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher in Deltona, FL. The role centers on creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, and promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in a licensed classroom.

You will lead classroom management, implement curricula, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s success, while ensuring safety and compliance across the center.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities
