Job summary

Learning Tree, LLC Educational Child Care Center in Janesville, WI, is seeking a caregiver for a toddler room (9 months–18 months) to support development through nurturing care and structured activities. You will supervise daily classroom activities and implement engaging lesson plans for young children.

This role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and Wisconsin Registry/Toddler certifications.

Learning Tree is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development of children 6 weeks to 12 years old.

What You'll Do

• Immediate opening for a toddler room teacher, ages 9 months-18 months
• Supervising daily activities for the classroom
• Planning and carrying out lesson plans/curriculum
• Interact with children and parents
• Maintain a clean and orderly classroom
• Show up at your scheduled time
• Helping children develop positive self-images and experience success
• Encouraging the exploration of interests and developmental social skills
• Developing schedules and routines
• Creating and leading a supportive, nurturing learning environment that encourages responsibility and motivation

Requirements

• Lead qualified
• Must be physically, mentally, and emotionally able to provide responsible care for all children
• Completed high school diploma
• CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain
• Positive attitude
• Experience working with children
• Wisconsin Registry Certification or the ability to obtain
• Infant and Toddler Certification or the ability to obtain

Nice To Haves
