Acquire4Hire is seeking a compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Oshkosh, WI. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 1 to 3, designing age-appropriate activities and supporting social-emotional development.

You will maintain open communication with families, plan daily lessons, and ensure a clean, compliant classroom environment while noting each child’s progress during updates and conferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 80 hours of approved early childhood training or equivalent coursework.
• Completion of infant and toddler development training within standard state timelines.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
• Provide attentive care, including monitoring playtime, facilitating meals, and assisting with diapering and toilet training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets state licensing regulations.
• Observe and document individual student progress to share with parents during regular updates and conferences.
