Our preschool classrooms provide a fun, engaging environment where children develop the confidence, independence, and foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
• Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary LEAP Curriculum
• Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
• Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive
• Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
• Observe children's developmental progress and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
