Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of their classes. Teachers plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Completed state-required pre-service training
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations. For Infant and Toddler Teachers, proper lifting of infants is required.
