Job Opportunity: Preschool Lead Teacher at Dreamland Learning Center

We are looking for a high-quality preschool lead teacher in a private early childhood setting, offering excellent working conditions with a great team of teachers.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Infant/Toddler CDA certificate (RIECETP)
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting
• Ability to pass National & State Background Checks

Responsibilities:

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and excellent multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivator and problem solver
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans under RIELD Standards
