The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Boulder. The role provides direction for the program and classroom, implements curriculum, and ensures safety procedures are followed while assisting in directing Assistant Teachers.

You will conduct parent conferences, maintain program records, and participate in family nights, staff meetings, and trainings. A Bachelor's degree and CDHS ECT qualifications are required, with CPR/First Aid/AED as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent – must meet ECT qualifications through CDHS.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with Preschool aged/Kindergarten aged children in a supervisory role.
• Minimum age of 21.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, Bloodborne Pathogens training within typical 30 days of hire.
