The Toddler Assistant Teacher works alongside our Lead Teacher to support the growth and safety of curious, energetic toddlers (ages 12-36 months). You will assist with activities, transitions, and daily routines while providing gentle guidance and encouragement. This role requires patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for active play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teacher in planning and implementing play-based learning activities
- Supervise toddlers during indoor and outdoor play, maintaining safety awareness
- Support transitions between activities with patience and positive guidance
- Assist with meals, snack preparation, and cleanup
- Prepare materials for activities and maintain a well-organized classroom
- Observe and report on toddlers' progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Support positive behavior guidance under Lead Teacher direction
- Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe classroom and restroom areas
- Communicate with Lead Teacher and parents about the toddlers' day

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with toddlers is strongly preferred
- Understanding of toddler development and play-based learning
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Patience, flexibility, and positive attitude
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (Infant & Child) required or willingness to obtain within 30 days
