Job summary

The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle in New York, NY is hiring a Toddler Assistant Teacher to join a growing early education team. You will help create a warm, engaging classroom where toddlers explore, build independence, and form early friendships.

Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, guiding language and social development, assisting with meals and transitions, and maintaining a safe learning space.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Patient, dependable, nurturing, and energetic disposition is important.
• Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements.

Toddler Assistant Teacher – Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle, New York, NY

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Opening: New Toddler Classroom

The Learning Experience – Columbus Circle is growing! We're opening a new Toddler classroom and are looking for a caring and energetic Toddler Assistant Teacher to join the teaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a classroom from the very beginning, helping create a warm, engaging environment where toddlers can explore, build independence, develop language, and form their first friendships.

What You'll Do
