The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom. You will guide daily routines and foster language growth within a warm, structured setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required or in progress.
• Minimum 6 months of classroom teaching experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet all New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements.

• Lead daily classroom routines for a 2-year-old early childhood classroom.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Support early communication, social interaction, and self-help skill development.

• Partner with assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and engagement.

• Maintain compliance with New York State and NYC health, safety, and licensing standards.

The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role supports children during a key stage of independence, language growth, and early social development through structured routines and engaging classroom experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy leading a classroom team while creating a warm, consistent environment that helps young learners build confidence and early learning foundations.
