Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a TO Librarian/TODA Clerk II at Tinker AFB to manage technical orders per AF TO 00-5-1 policy. The role includes acting as TODA focal point, processing eTOs, and ensuring secure handling of sensitive information.

Shift availability includes Second and Third shifts: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Candidates must complete required training within 180 days and may need to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must complete TODA/Library Custodian General Course within 180 days of assignment.
• Complete and maintain all required training outlined by the organization.
• Ability to obtain security clearance or have an active clearance.
• Demonstrated Customer Service experience.
• Strong IT skills and experience with TO/eTO distribution and management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the TODA focal point for the Technical Order Distribution system.
• Perform routine checks for assigned technical data per AF policies.
• Responsible for safe handling of classified information.
• Conducts training for end users on access to electronic Technical Orders.
• Complete routine self-inspections on assigned technical data inventory.
• Validate TOs: hyperlink, number, functionality; report issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
