Job summary

Koniag Services, Inc. is seeking a TO Librarian/TODA Clerk II for the Tinker AFB area. The role handles Technical Orders distribution, data validation, and training on eTO access. It requires strong administrative skills and the ability to obtain or hold an active security clearance.

Two shifts are available: Second (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) and Third (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.). Indoors, standard office environment with low to moderate noise, travel not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain security clearance or have an active clearance.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with DoD contracting tools, documents, forms and information systems.
• Knowledge of TO policies and AFI/TO directives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the TODA focal point.
• Perform routine checks for assigned technical data per AF policy.
• Manage and protect classified information.
• Provide training for end users on electronic Technical Orders (eTOs).
• Complete routine self-inspections and validations of TOs.
• Other duties as assigned.
