Job summary

Hannaford is seeking a motivated leader to head the Hannaford To Go Team and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager-Service to meet financial and sales goals. You will build strong relationships with associates and customers while upholding Hannaford's culture and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising department operations, ensuring safety and sanitation, maintaining records, and using company tools for scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Understanding of store operations preferred.
• Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hannaford To Go Department operations, especially in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager-Service.
• Provide high standards of customer service and sales.
• Maintain department appearance, safety, sanitation and food safety at high levels.
• Keep accurate records and ensure annual certifications are up to date.
• Use financial reports, scheduling, productivity, ordering and business information systems.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules to meet service standards.
• Delegate tasks and follow up for department efficiency.
• Provide real-time coaching and support for performance management.
• Train and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Maintain communication with store management and within the department.
• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
