Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support our carry-out operations, ensure menu knowledge, and deliver the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as our dine-in guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, taking orders, packaging, coordinating with BOH, quoting times, using POS, and maintaining safety standards; benefits and weekly pay are part of our rewarding team culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-volume carry-out orders with accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing and/or picking up their order
• Uses proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders
• Knowledgeable of menu to accurately take and place orders
• Demonstrates strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
• Works collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders
• Partners with Restaurant Managers on quote times; accurately provides quotes to guests on the length of time to complete their order
