Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, a people-first company known for Legendary Food and Legendary Service, is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations and ensure guests experience the same Legendary standards as diners. You will assist with order taking, packaging, and delivery to-go experiences while maintaining safety and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling calls, using the POS system, and collaborating with Back of House to complete orders.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly guest interaction and Legendary Service
• Knowledgeable of menu to accurately take and place orders
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash/credit transactions
• Ability to package orders accurately and maintain organization

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives a warm welcome and goodbye at pickup
• Answer calls with proper phone etiquette and take orders
• Know the menu to accurately take orders and place them
• Package orders with strong organization and accuracy
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders
• Provide quotes on order completion times to guests
• Understand online and mobile app ordering systems
• Use POS to process To-Go orders, gift cards, and payments
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Exhibit teamwork at all times
