Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is hiring a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations and uphold our Legendary Food and Legendary Service standards.

You will help ensure guests experience the same level of service as dine-in guests, from friendly greetings to accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include taking orders with proper phone etiquette, using the menu knowledge to ensure accuracy, packaging orders carefully, and working with Back of House to complete orders.

Qualifications

• Provide legendary welcome and goodbye when guests place or pick up orders.
• Answer calls with proper phone etiquette and take orders accurately.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Demonstrate strong organization when packaging orders.
• Work collaboratively with Back of House to complete orders.
• Provide quotes to guests on order completion times.
• Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Use POS to place orders, process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash/credit transactions.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibit teamwork at all times.

Responsibilities
