Qualificações

• Experience handling carry-out orders and guest interactions.
• Ability to explain menu items and quoted times clearly.
• Familiarity with POS and cash/card transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and ensure a legendary welcome and goodbye for To-Go orders.
• Answer calls professionally and accurately take orders.
• Know the menu to take and place orders correctly.
• Package orders with care and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Back of House to complete orders.
• Provide accurate quotes on order completion times.
• Use online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Process To-Go sales and gift cards at the POS.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
