Responsibilities

• Welcomes and serves guests, ensuring legendary service at order placement and pickup.
• Answers phones politely and takes orders with accuracy.
• Maintains knowledge of the menu to correctly place orders.
• Packages orders with care and accuracy.
• Collaborates with Back of House to complete orders.
• Provides quotes for order times to guests.
• Familiar with online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Uses POS to process To-Go sales, gift cards, and payments.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibits teamwork at all times.
