Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support our carry out operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. You will help provide the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as our dine-in guests while maintaining efficient, accurate order processing.

Your role includes welcoming guests, taking orders with proper phone etiquette, knowing the menu, packaging orders accurately, and collaborating with BOH staff. We offer competitive rewards and a growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to greet guests and handle orders politely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Able to maintain accuracy in order packing and processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives a Legendary welcome and goodbye.
• Answer calls with proper phone etiquette and take orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Package orders with organization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Back-of-House staff to complete orders.
• Provide quotes for order times when requested by guests.
• Be familiar with online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Operate POS to place orders and process payments (gift cards, cash, credit).
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Exhibit teamwork at all times.
