Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry-out operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and delivering the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service as our dine-in guests.

Roadies are paid weekly and enjoy flexible schedules along with a robust benefits package after eligibility. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders with accuracy, packing orders, and using the POS system for To-Go sales and payments.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and phone etiquette to take orders accurately.
• Knowledge of the menu to answer questions and quote times when requested.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in packaging orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up orders.
• Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders.
• Demonstrate organization and accuracy when packaging orders.
• Work collaboratively with Back of House staff to complete orders.
• Provide quotes to guests on estimated completion times in coordination with restaurant managers.
• Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
• Operate the POS system for To-Go sales and transactions.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Show teamwork at all times.
