Job summary

Food Lion in King, NC is seeking a customer-focused associate to support the To-Go program and frontline service. You will greet customers, prepare and manage online orders, and help maintain accurate pickup processes in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Deliver friendly, efficient assistance while following store policies, completing CBT courses, and supporting a collaborative team. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting light loads as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and assist with orders.
• Assist To-Go Lead in maintaining service standards and processes.
• Support customers picking up orders and manage substitutions when needed.
• Operate POS system and bag, scan, and label purchases accurately.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance and comply with dress code.
